Taking this forward just another step or two, not only is everyone going to be "feeling lucky" all the time, whether they want to or not, but I can foresee Google just taking control of your computer to give you what it knows you really want, whether or not you're willing to admit it.

I turn on my PC and the browser pops up with the best price on waffle irons. I didn't know I was planning on buying a waffle iron, but I guess I must have been...</description>
